Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Scramble Cuppies

3 serving Dave's Killer Bread- 21 Whole Grains
16 oz Extra Firm Tofu
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 clove Garlic
2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
0.5 tsp Turmeric, Ground
0.5 tbsp Coconut Oil, Refined, Organic
1 cup sliced Mushroom, Oyster

Recipe Directions for Vegan Scramble Cuppies

  1. Preheat oven 350 using a roller flatten out and use a biscuit cutter to cut two round circles out of one piece. Starting at the middle cut one slit in the bread so they can be put into 6 muffin cups. Bake for 15 minutes

  2. Combine crumbled tofu, scallions, garlic, yeast flakes, soy sauce, turmeric. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

  3. Melt oil and cook mushrooms until tender stir in tofu mixture and cook until warm though out.

  4. Spoon evenly into 6 toast cups and serve
