Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Scones

0.5 cup Coconut Oil
1 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
360 grams Flour
0.5 cup Soy Milk, Fluid
1 1/2 teaspoons Egg Replacer
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tsp Baking Soda

Recipe Directions for Vegan Scones

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

  2. Combine wet and dry ingredients separately.

  3. Roll into dough and separate into cupcake cases, or alternatively roll into a large ball to make a loaf.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes
