Vegan sausage & peppers using 4 leftover vegan cutlets - make extra!

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Sausage & Peppers

2 cup Beans, Navy, Mature Seeds
4 cup Vegetable Stock
8 tbsp Soy Sauce
5.32 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
1.32 cup Yeast, Nutritional T6635
4 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Crushed Garlic
0.5 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
1 tsp Fennel Seed
1 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Vegan Sausage & Peppers

  1. slice cutlets, put in pan with cooking spray, garlic, crushed fennel seed & crushed red pepper - brown

  2. add sliced peppers & onions cook till soft & onion translucent

  3. add tomatoes & cook through, till tomatoes soft & dissolving

  4. serve on pasta or in rolls
