Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Roasted Chickpeas

1 serving tumeric
1 cup chickpeas
2 tsp paprika
3 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Vegan Roasted Chickpeas

  1. Drain chickpeas (1.5-2 cans, 1 cup dry cooked to make about 3 cups of cooked beans). Add to a ziplock baggie, dump in spices and mix thoroughly.

  2. Place on a cookie sheet, mist with oil.

  3. Roast at 450 about 30-40 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally.
