Recipe Ingredients for vegan ravioli without borders

1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 clove Garlic
2 tbsp chopped Onions
8 oz Extra Firm
1 cup, strips Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 dash Pepper, Black
24 wrapper, eggroll (7" square) Wonton Wrappers
1 cup Spinach
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh

Recipe Directions for vegan ravioli without borders

  1. if needed, cook wrappers in boiling water for 3 min. or until they float up. drain on dry towel until needed.

  2. cook mush, onions, garlic, then add tofu, cut roasted peppers, salt and pepper, cook low heat until needed.

  3. make the dish by layering wrapper, spinach, filling, and top with pesto or basil, and cook briefly until warmed.
