Recipe Ingredients for vegan quinoa tabbouleh

1 cup Quinoa
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
0.25 cup chopped Red Onion
0.5 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 serving Cilantro leaves
0.13 cup Olive Oil
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for vegan quinoa tabbouleh

  1. rinse quinoa, then cook as directed.cool.

  2. add remaining food ingredients to quinoa when cooled.

  3. whisk "dressing" ingredients, toss well.

  4. refridgerate 1 hour to blend flavors, serve same day.
