Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Quinoa Pudding

1/3 cup quinoa
1 cup silk
1 dash salt
1 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup raisins
110 g banana

Recipe Directions for Vegan Quinoa Pudding

  1. Cook quinoa in water and salt.

  2. Blend banana, soymilk and sugar in blender; add to pot with quinoa.

  3. Cook until thick and creamy, about 10-12 minutes.

  4. Stir in raisins and cook for another 2 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla, if desired. Serve warm or cold.
