1 onion Yellow Onion
1 tbsp Olive Oil
18 oz Mori-nu, Tofu, Silken, Firm
0.5 tbsp Tomato Paste
0.5 tsp Turmeric, Ground
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
10 oz Spinach
1 serving Veggie Bacon Strips
1 crust Ready Crust Reduced Fat Graham

Recipe Directions for Vegan Quiche Florentine

  1. Mix together the olive oil, tofu, tomato paste, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in the blender; the mix should resemble a thick batter.

  2. Chop the onion.

  3. Stir in the onion, spinach, and crumbled veggie bacon strips.

  4. Spoon into pie crust.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, or until firm to the touch. Let cool at least 30 minutes before serving.
