What You'll Need 1. Flour Tortillas 2. Vegetarian Refried Beans 3. Salsa 4. Red Bell Pepper 5. Onions 6. Olives 7. Green Chilies 8. Ground Cumin 9. Olive Oil

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Quesidilla

1.2 serving Flour Tortillas
0.3 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
2 tbsp Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
0.33 cup Old El Paso Refried Beans Vegetarian
0.5 1tsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Green Chilies
2 tbsp Spike's All Natural Chunky Salsa
1 tbsp chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Vegan Quesidilla

First, sautee the red pepper and the onion in a little olive oil and ground cumin until they are roasted in a pan on the stove. While that is cooking, put olive oil in a different pan in the stove top. Once it heats up, set down a tortilla shell. Put the refried beans on the shell. Then, add the roasted red bell pepper and onions, and the canned olives and canned chilies on top of the beans and put the second tortilla shell on top of that. Wait 2 minutes, and then flip the quesidilla. Wait 2 minutes for that side to turn a golden-brown. Put your quesidilla on a plate, and add whatever type of salsa you'd like on the side. Roughly 270 calories. Voila! Delicious, healthy, vegan dish.
