Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Pumpkin-Zucchini-Carrot Bread

1 cup grated zucchini
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup light coconut milk
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup splenda
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Vegan Pumpkin-Zucchini-Carrot Bread

  1. Combine wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls.

  2. Add dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients.
