Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Pumpkin w/ substitutions

1 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.25 cup Molasses, Blackstrap
3 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1 cup Applesauce
16 oz Pumpkin
12 tsp 100% Pure Canola Oil
0.24 cup(244 g) Applesauce
2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Oat Bran
8 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
3 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 tsp Cloves, Ground
1 tsp Allspice, Ground

Recipe Directions for Vegan Pumpkin w/ substitutions

  1. 350f oven

  2. Mix wet ingredients and spices with flax

  3. Mix dry ingredients separately and then Combine until mixed

  4. Pour into greased pan or prepare in bread maker

  5. Bake at 350 for 75 minutes

  6. Freeze slices if desired
