Recipe Ingredients for Vegan pumpkin pie

15 oz. pumpkin puree
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp clove
12 oz. silken tofu
1 pie crust
1 serving cool whip

Recipe Directions for Vegan pumpkin pie

  1. Cream pumpkin and sugar.

  2. Add salt, spices, and tofu.

  3. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then at 350 for 40 minutes.

  4. Chill, slice, top with Cool Whip and serve.
