Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Pumpkin-Oatmeal-Cranberry-Walnut Cookies

2 cups flour
1 1/3 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 2/3 cup turbinado sugar
2/3 cup canola oil
2 tbsp molasses
1 cup pumpkin
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Vegan Pumpkin-Oatmeal-Cranberry-Walnut Cookies

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.

  2. Mix all the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.

  3. Combine the wet with the dry in batches.

  4. Mix in the walnuts and cranberries.

  5. Bake at 350F for 16 minutes.
