Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Pumpkin Bread

3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
2 cups pumpkin
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup coconut milk

Recipe Directions for Vegan Pumpkin Bread

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Mix wet ingredients.

  3. Combine 2 mixtures.

  4. Bake 350 degrees.

  5. 2 loaves - 1 1/4 hours.

  6. Muffins 15-20 minutes.
