This is just a pizza made with vegetables leftovers

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Pizze Leftover

250 grams Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
78 grams Carrots
124 grams Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
87 grams Fennel, Bulb
1 clove Garlic
123 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 grams Yeast

Recipe Directions for Vegan Pizze Leftover

  1. 250g Wholemeal wheat, 3 Tsps Oliveoil, 1tsp yeast, a little bit salt and pepper. Mix all together with approx. 1 glass of water and kneed it smoothly. Leave it to raise for approx. 30 - 45 minutes. I am using a gas oven so I have to bake the base first by 7 for ca 10 minutes. Meanwhile I take all the veggies and chop them nicely. Mix the garlic and spring onions with some spices and some olive oil and spread it on the base (the side which is not baked). Then top it up with the tomatoes followed by the rest of the vegetables. The pizza now goes back into the oven by 7 for approximately 15 minutes.

  2. Enjoy the pizza :-)
