Recipe Ingredients for Vegan pesto

3/4 cup pine nuts
2 ounce tofu
3 leaves Basil
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Vegan pesto

  1. Place all ingredients except oil in a food processor, and process until slightly smooth. Slowly add oil to the mixture while the processor is on. Serve with bread or toss with pasta.
