Recipe Ingredients for Vegan peanut butter cupcakes!

2 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup Original Whipped Organic Buttery Spread
1 tsp vanilla extract
9 oz vanilla soy milk

Recipe Directions for Vegan peanut butter cupcakes!

Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl cream buttery spread, softened, and sugars. Once fully creamed add vanilla. Then add half the flour mixture to the butter mixture with half the soy milk and mix, then repeat until completely mixed and batter is smooth. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 24 cupcakes
