Recipe Ingredients for vegan pasta salad with nicoise olives

16 oz Penne Dry
1.5 cup Beans, Snap, Green
15 oz Cannellini Beans
1 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 oz Barnier Pitted Nicoise Olive Bar
2 oz White Wine Vinegar, Organic
1 clove Garlic
2 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for vegan pasta salad with nicoise olives

  1. cook pasta until eldente. place in large bowl.

  2. add the remaining ingredients, and toss.

  3. Make the dressing using the traditional ingredients.

  4. this goes well ontop of a mixed bed of salad greens.

  5. serve cool if not cold. you may allow the flavors to absorb into pasta for fuller flavor.
