12 oz Asparagus
1 tbsp Olive Oil
4 oz Sun Dried Tomatoes
16 oz Spaghetti, Whole-wheat, Cooked
1 clove Garlic
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh

Recipe Directions for vegan pasta with roasted asparagus and sun dried tomatoes

  1. roast the asparagus sprayed with olive oil pam 6-8 min in 450 deg oven.

  2. cook pasta until al dente

  3. heat olive oil in pan , add garlic clove, tomatoes and pepper

  4. drain pasta, add remaining ingredients and serve hot.

  5. salad
