We use this to make 30 ravioli squares.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Pasta

1 2/3 cup unbleached white flour or 1 cup unbleached white flour and 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup chickpea flour or full fat-soy flour
2/3 cup water

Recipe Directions for Vegan Pasta

  1. Mix it together

  2. Roll it out very thin

  3. Cut squares

  4. Cook for five minutes
