Delicious, nutritious, vegan pancakes !

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Pancakes

1/4 cup spelt flour
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp wheat bran
1/2 tsp flaxseed
1 pinch sea salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup rice milk
1/2 banana
6 strawberries

Recipe Directions for Vegan Pancakes

Mix all dry ingredients together the night before and place in container. In the morning, heat a skillet on medium while mixing the batter. Add the ricemilk to dry ingredients and stir well. Spray the skillet with non stick oil and spoon the batter onto the skillet on med-low temperature. Flip pancakes when bubbles pop and cook other side. Blend banana and strawberries and pour over finished pancakes. Enjoy!
