Recipe Ingredients for vegan pancakes

1.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 oz Agave Nectar
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for vegan pancakes

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix lightly. Batter will be a little runny and slightly lumpy. Pour onto hot griddle in 1/4 servings. Flip once edges are dry.
