Yummy vegan pancakes that are super filling. Use whatever milk alternative you like!

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Pancakes

1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup soy milk
2 tablespoons baking powder

Recipe Directions for Vegan Pancakes

  1. Mix together dry ingredients.

  2. Add oil.

  3. Slowly add soy milk (or other milk alternative) while stirring until batter reaches nearly runny consistency.

  4. Pour into oiled frying pan. Flip when bubbles form or edges turn light brown.

  5. Serve immediately.
