Banana and blueberry vegan panacakes

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan pancakes

2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
345 grams Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
10 grams No Egg
1 dash Salt, Table
15 berries Blueberries
4 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Vegan pancakes

  1. Add sugar, flour, salt and egg replacer in a bowl.

  2. Add milk, banana and blueberries in a blender until no lumps remain.

  3. Add liquids to solids and mix.

  4. Fry in a non-stick frying pan until golden and flip and fry until the other side is golden too.
