Vegan version of traditional pancakes

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Pancakes

1 cup Flour, All Purpose
1 cup Soy Milk, Fluid
2 serving Sunflower Oil Refined (Condis)
4 tsp Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Vegan Pancakes

Mix a cup of flour with 2 tbsp of baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add soy milk and 2 tbsp of sunflower or vegetable oil. Mix everything until batter is smooth. Drop 1/4 cup of batter at a time onto a hot griddle, or frying pan over medium high heat. When bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake, approximately 3 minutes, flip, and cook the other side for another 2 minutes.
