Delicious and east cold breakfast, prepared the night before. Cold porridge like consistency with no added sugar beyond the sugars in the banana! Almost 50% of daily fibre needs and almost 7 grams of protein!

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Overnight Oats

1 packet oatmeal
1/3 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1/6 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 oz chia seeds
10 1/2 g agave nectar
2/3 cup frozen berries
1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Recipe Directions for Vegan Overnight Oats

  1. Place oats, chia seeds, vanilla and almond milk in a bowl and stir

  2. Mash up a ripe banana well and then mix the puree into the oat and milk mixture.

  3. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight

  4. Remove from fridge 10 minutes before eating and stir!
