Low in calories, makes it's own crusts, and tastes great! I've tried similar recipes that were good but I prefer less sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan, oil-free gluton-free pumpkin pie

1 3/4 cups water
2 cups pumpkin
5 tablespoons corn starch
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup sugar
1 t vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons baking powder

Recipe Directions for Vegan, oil-free gluton-free pumpkin pie

  1. Bake or roast fresh pumpkin

  2. Blend ingredients in blender

  3. Pour into deep dish pie pan

  4. Bake at 350 F for about 45 minutes
