Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Oatmeal Recipe (1)

3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 a banana
2 tablespoons water or soy milk
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups Quaker Oats
1 cup cranberries

Recipe Directions for Vegan Oatmeal Recipe (1)

  1. With an electric mixer cream oil and sugars in a bowl. Add salt, vanilla, banana, water/soymilk and cream until the banana is broken down.

  2. Then add dry ingredients: flour and baking soda. Mix. Then add oats and cranberries. Mix well

  3. Heat oven to 350 F. Drop dough onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes until light golden brown.
