Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Oatmeal Raisin/Cranberry/Almond Cookies

1 banana
1/2 cup of sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1/2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 cup oats
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup almonds

Recipe Directions for Vegan Oatmeal Raisin/Cranberry/Almond Cookies

  1. Mix sugar, oil, and water together first.

  2. The, add 1 mashed banana and vanilla.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda(use about half a teaspoon), and cinnamon(would recommend adding nutmeg as well!)

  4. Mix the dry mixture into the wet mix until completely mixed. Then, add the oats gradually. Then throw whatever you want in there. I added cranberries, raisins, and even sprinkled some coconut in there.

  5. Cook at 350 degrees F, for about 10 minutes.
