Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/3 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 2/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup smart balance oil
2 tbsp molasses
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp milled flaxseed
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Vegan Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix first 6 ingredients together in large bowl. Combine sugar, oil, molasses, (soy) yogurt, flax and vanilla in a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet in 3 batches. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 16 minutes, rotating 1/2 way through. Allow to cool 2 minutes on pan before transferring to cooling rack.
