Recipe Ingredients for Vegan (not) tacos

14 1/2 oz Corn, Sweet, Yellow
14 1/2 oz Black Beans
1 cup Mahatma Jasmine Enriched Thai Fragrant Long Grain Rice
4 oz Green Chilies
1 medium Tomatoes
2 cups Romaine Lettuce
5 grams Ground Cumin
5 clove Garlic
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
8 tortilla 8" Premium Flour tortilla 8ct
8 serving Salsa
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
8 tbsp Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder

Recipe Directions for Vegan (not) tacos

  1. chop the tomato, onion, and garlic and saute on medium heat in a large skillet

  2. add beans, corn, rice, and chiles

  3. stir and season with cumin, chilli powder, and paprika

  4. when hot serve with toppings like salsa, lettuce, avacadoes (or whatever you like on a taco) in a warmed tortilla
