This was originally a vegan recipe that i changed...sub 2/3 cup honey for maple syrup and 1/2 cup butter for 1/4 cup oil...also pumpkin pie spice for cinnamon...i just didn't have the other stuff.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan No-bake cookies

2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup butter
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Vegan No-bake cookies

Boil honey, butter, cocoa powder and ppspice for 3 mintues....remove from heat and add peanut butter, oats and vanilla. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto wax paper cool for about 30 minutes
