I was trying to make some hippies happy.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan and "Nightshade-free" Minestrone

3 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.16 tablespoon Oregano
2 tbsp, ground Basil, Dried
1/8 tsp Chili Powder
8 oz Mushrooms
3 3/10 oz Celery
3 4/5 oz Carrots
3 oz Onions
15 oz Pumpkin

Recipe Directions for Vegan and "Nightshade-free" Minestrone

  1. Saute mushrooms, hot and long, until they brown. Set aside.

  2. Separately, saute chopped onions 3-4 minutes, add chopped carrots and celery and saute 3-4 minutes more.

  3. Add seasonings, pumpkin, corn, and mushrooms.
