White Bean Mushroom Vegan Burgers. Super tasty and complete protein :)

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Mushroom White Bean Burgers

1 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 medium mushroom Portobello Mushrooms
1 Teaspoon Thyme
1 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh
2 tbsp Sesame Butter, Tahini, From Roasted And Toasted Kernels (Most Common Type)
0.5 cup White Basmati Rice
1 cup Beans, White, Mature Seeds
3/4 medium White Onion
1 tbsp chopped Shallots
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Vegan Mushroom White Bean Burgers

sautee chopped up mushrooms, thyme (fresh) and rosemary with onion and shallot till soft. Mash white beans with fork and mix all ingredients together. Form into patties (2-2.5") wrap and freeze. Pan sear to cook and serve.
