Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Mashed Potatoes

6 large red potatoes
20 g earth balance
2 ounces plain soy milk

Recipe Directions for Vegan Mashed Potatoes

  1. Fill a large pot 1/2 way with water, and boil.

  2. Wash and cube 6 large red potatoes

  3. Boil 15min or until tender.

  4. Drain, and add soy milk and earth balance.

  5. Mash or whip, season with salt and pepper.

  6. I like to add fresh rosemary.
