Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Mac & Cheese

16 oz Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Blend Pasta
1.5 cup Organic Vegetable Broth
2 cup Yeast, Nutritional T6635
4 tbsp Cornstarch
2 tsp Garlic Powder
4 tbsp Ketchup, Low Sodium
4 tbsp Better Than Sour Cream
0.5 cup Soy Milk, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Vegan Mac & Cheese

  1. boil macaroni according to pkg directions

  2. in medium sauce pan heat broth, add yeast, still to blend

  3. add remaining ingredients, combine well. Add more ketchup to taste, and salt & pepper if desired.
