Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Lunch

1/2 cup lentils
1 cup water
1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground fennel
1 tsp sage
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp soy sauce
1 1/8 cup vital wheat gluten

Recipe Directions for Vegan Lunch

  1. Mix everything except wheat gluten in blender.

  2. Combine mixture in a bowl with wheat gluten to make a dough.

  3. Wrap in foil in a log shape.

  4. Steam for 60 min.

  5. Bake at 350 for 45-60 min.

  6. Slice thinly and enjoy.
