A vegan version of the Yom Kippur Dish

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Lokshen Kugel

2 tbsp Plain
4.007 oz Plain
8 oz Plain
12 oz Better Than Sour Cream
8 oz Original Natural Buttery Spread
16 oz Egg Noodles
6 oz Cultured Soy Yogurt
2 oz Natural Cane Turbinado Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Vegan Lokshen Kugel

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 F.

  2. Grease a 9x12 casserole dish

  3. Cook pasta according to package directions, and drain.

  4. In a large bowl, toss the hot pasta with the butter, yogurt, sour cream, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until combined.

  5. Pour noodle mixture into prepared casserole dish.

  6. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until top is browned. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
