1 jar Barilla Spicy Marinara Sauce 1/2 box Ronzoni oven ready lasagna noodles 1 pkg firm tofu 1 box chopped spinach 6 0z mushrooms sliced,raw 1 sm. red pepper sliced 1 small onion sliced 3T chopped raw cilantro 1T Olive oil 1T sugar 1/2 tsp garlic powder 2T lemon juice 4 slices Galaxy Veggie Slices-mozzarella 1T red pepper flakes

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Lasagna

291 grams Chopped Spinach
396 grams Firm Tofu
1 serving (barilla) spicy marinara, jar
1 serving (Galaxy) Veggie Slices - Mozzarella
6 oz Mushrooms
1 small Onions
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 serving VIGO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
1 serving, raw Cilantro
14 grams Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Vegan Lasagna

  1. pre heat oven to 350

  2. Squeeze thawed spinach dry as possible and set aside

  3. Crumble tofu into large bowl, add sugar, garlic powder, lemon juice and mix with hands.

  4. saute mushrooms, onion and red pepper in 1T olive oil until soft, pepper to taste, drain set aside.

  5. cover bottom of 8x8 baking pan with thin layer of sauce, follow with 2 noodles then layer of 1/2 the tofu, 1/2 the spinach and 1/2 the sauted vegetables. Follow same order next layer but add 1/2 of remaining tomato sauce. Top with last 2 noodles and the balance of the sauce. Bake according to instructions on noodle box adding the 4 slices of veggie cheese after first 30 minutes.

  6. I was out of oregano and basil or I would have added tthem. Next time
