Recipe Ingredients for vegan indian spiced quinoa with raisins and pine nuts

1 cup Quinoa
3 oz Shallots
1 tsp Ginger Root
0.5 tsp, ground Cardamom
0.5 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
1/4 tsp Cumin
0.13 tsp Cayenne
3 cup Vegetable Stock
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.3 cup, packed Raisins, Golden Seedless
0.25 cup Pine Nuts, Pignolia, Dried

Recipe Directions for vegan indian spiced quinoa with raisins and pine nuts

  1. cook quinoa and set aside.

  2. all the rest to quinoa, add stock, bring to boil. reduce and cook for about 10 minutes.

  3. Add raisins, pinenuts and parsley to dish and serve hot.
