Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Hungarian Fried Cauliflower

4 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
8 tbsp Vegetarian Egg Replacer
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.25 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain

Recipe Directions for Vegan Hungarian Fried Cauliflower

Cook Cauliflower head. Break up into flowerets. Coat each floweret in flour, then in egg replacer/water mixture, then bread crumbs. Fry in pan of heated oil until golden/dark brown. Pat oil off flowerets.
