Vegan Healthy Oatmeal cookies. These came out a little dry. Add applesauce to moisten!

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

1.5 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
3 tsp Domino Light Brown Sugar
10 fl oz Soy Dream Original Enriched
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 grams Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Vegan Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Mix all dry

  2. Mix all wet

  3. Mix together!

  4. Drop about 1 rounder tsp. onto a sprayed baking sheet.

  5. Bake at 235 for 13 minutes
