Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Guiltless Chocolate Coconut Layered Fudge Bars

1 1/2 cup coconut oil
1 cup Organic Coconut Flakes
1 cup agave syrup
2 large bananas
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cocoa powder

Recipe Directions for Vegan Guiltless Chocolate Coconut Layered Fudge Bars

  1. STEP 1

  2. Add all of the ingredients ? EXCEPT the cacao powder ? to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. STEP 2

  4. Spread a thin layer of the blended mixture in a 9 x 13 glass dish. Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, until slightly firm. While it?s firming up, move onto STEP 3.

  5. STEP 3

  6. Spoon about a third of the blended mixture into a bowl (this will be the third layer). Leave the rest in the blender. Add cacao powder to blender and blend until smooth.

  7. STEP 4

  8. Spread the chocolate mixture over the first layer. Freeze for 10-15 minutes, until slightly firm.

  9. STEP 5

  10. Spread the reserved blended mixture (in the bowl) over the chocolate layer. Sprinkle cacao nibs (or vegan chocolate chips) and coconut flakes on top. Freeze for 15-20 minutes, until the bars are firm enough to slice. Cut into 1″ squares and store in the fridge or freezer.
