Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Granola Bars

1/3 cup raisins
1 T soy milk
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup molasses
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup almond butter
1 T agave syrup
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1 cup oats
53 grams Rice Krispies
1/3 cup wheat bran
31 grams oat bran
1/3 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup spelt flour
2 T millet
2 T quinoa
1 T flaxseed meal

Recipe Directions for Vegan Granola Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Blend raisins, cashews, soymilk, molasses, agave. Microwave coconut oil, peanut and almond butters, and chocolate chips. Mix all above together in blender.

  3. Separately mix all dry ingredients together and add wet ingredients. Mix well.

  4. Put in oiled 9x13 pan and press down firmly. Cook for 20-30 mins.
