Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Gluten Free Scotcheroos

30 tbsp Better 'n Peanut Butter Regular Creamy
6 oz Premium Baking Chips
6 cup Crispy Rice
48 tsp Organic Turbinado
16 tbsp Light Corn Syrup

Recipe Directions for Vegan Gluten Free Scotcheroos

  1. 1 cup light corn syrup

  2. 1 cup sugar

  3. 1 cup peanut butter

  4. 6 cups Rice Krispies

  5. 1 cup (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips

  6. 1 cup peanut butter

  7. 1. Place corn syrup and sugar into 3-quart saucepan. Cook over medium

  8. heat, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves and mixture begins to

  9. boil. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 cup peanut butter. Mix well. Add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated. Press mixture into 13 x

  10. 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Set aside.

  11. 2. Melt chocolate and left over 1 cup peanut butter together in 1-quart saucepan

  12. over low heat, stirring constantly. Spread evenly over cereal mixture.

  13. Put in fridge until firm. Serve!
