Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Gluten-Free Salty Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup GF Sorghum Flour
2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
0.75 cup Garbanzo Bean Flour
0.5 cup Chopped Dates
2 oz Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
10 oz Chocolate Chips
1.5 tsp Sea Salt
1.5 tsp Baking Soda
1 serving Baking Powder
2 oz Medium Amber Maple Syrup
4 oz Organic Light Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.33 tbsp Guar Gum
0.17 tablespoons Xanthan Gum

Recipe Directions for Vegan Gluten-Free Salty Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, then mix wet ingredients in separate bowl. Cream the sugar and wet ingredients. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet.

  2. Drop into one inch balls and bake for 7 minutes at 375* Yields approximately 4 Dozen.
