A vegan version of the Indonesian dish Gado-Gado.

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Gado Gado

2 cups cooked rice
2 cups raw spinach
2 cups cabbage
1 cup steamed broccoli
2 steamed carrots
4/5 package Extra Firm
1 cup peanut butter
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
5 g of ginger
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 1/4 cup warm water

Recipe Directions for Vegan Gado Gado

  1. Separately steam the rice, broccoli, and carrots. Alternatively the veggies can be raw.

  2. Mix the soy sauce, water, peanut butter, garlic, ginger, and red pepper to form a not-too-thick sauce. If too thick (your taste) add more water.

  3. Make a bed of spinach, rice, cabbage, tofu, and steamed veggies. Add sauce to taste.
