yummy vegan chocolate cake, I made it for a diabetic so I used splenda, but you could make it with sugar (1 c)

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan fudge cakes

2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
128 grams Sugar Blend
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.5 cup Organic Spelt Flour
1 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
4 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 dash Salt, Table
1 serving (1 round tsp) Coffee, Instant, Regular, Powder

Recipe Directions for Vegan fudge cakes

  1. Preheat oven to 325

  2. Cream together apple sauce sweetener and vanilla

  3. Is separate bowl whisk together all other ingredients

  4. Shift dry into wet and blend well

  5. Pour into pan of choice (I recommend 8x8, 9x9, or I did cupcakes)

  6. Bake 20-30 minutes (depending on pan dimensions) until toothpick comes out nearly clean.

  7. Let cool undisturbed.
