A vegan alternative to a sweet summer dish

Recipe Ingredients for Vegan Fruity Chick'n Salad

4 serving Colorful Mix of European Lettuces 5 Lettuce Mix
2 Gardein Chick'n Scallopini
1 medium (3") Apples
1 servings pineapple, canned
1 cup grapes
48 almonds
16 oz plain Silk yogurt

Recipe Directions for Vegan Fruity Chick'n Salad

  1. Place all lettuce in a bowl (coleslaw lettuce mix is best)

  2. Pour yogurt over lettuce and make sure all of it is evenly coated

  3. Chop up the fruit and nuts and mix it with the lettuce and yogurt

  4. Chill

  5. Serve on whole wheat pita, wrap- or even on it's own!
