this amount is enough for 3 cups (thus 3 servings) and 1 or 2 servings is a Full meal. Personally I have 1/2 cup before a workout and add in spirulina powder (just a tbsp) and then some more afterwards. so very refreshing and an alternative to almond milk is hemp milk (buy from whole foods in Mississauga or any Fortinos) also, if u have a Thai coconut then use the water inside it and it tastes sweet as it is. Using water or skim milk works too~

Recipe Ingredients for vegan fruit cocoa shake_1

3 oz Pineapple
1.5 oz Blueberries
13 oz Strawberries
2.5 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
1 serving (Silk) True Almond milk -vanilla-
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
3 oz Bananas

Recipe Directions for vegan fruit cocoa shake_1

  1. The night before, wash and freeze fresh strawberries, blueberries and bananas (or buy frozen)

  2. place 2 oz of pineapple

  3. 5 med strawberries

  4. 4 oz blueberries

  5. 3 oz banana,

  6. 1 cup almond milk,

  7. 2 tbsp Camino dark cocoa powder

  8. 1.5 tbsp ground/ natural cinnamon

  9. throw in 1/4 cup crushed ice

  10. blend;)
